Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
